Digital Consultants is seeking a SharePoint/Task Management Administrator to support the Acquisition and Contracts Team for US Army North, located at Fort Sam Houston, a US Army post in San Antonio, TX. The SharePoint /Task Management (TMT) Administrator provides SharePoint and Data Management skills to facilitate Operations and Logistics Department missions. Duties to include: Perform management of assigned TMT tasks and actions as well as balancing of task workload for G-4 Acquisition and Contracts (A&C). Oversee the organization and categorization of content, ensuring that documents, lists, and libraries are structured in a way that makes it easy for users to find and collaborate on content. Run reports on A&C data. Perform data analytics and mining. Ensure data compliance and manage retention policies to safeguard sensitive information stored in SharePoint. Assist in setting up and managing collaboration tools, workflows, and processes within TMT SharePoint. Work closely with end users to assist with A&C needs.
