SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER WITH .NET

Location: Montreal, QC (Day one onsite | Hybrid – 3 days/week from office)
Duration: Full-time (Permanent Role)
Visa ; Canadian Citizen only
We are seeking a SharePoint Developer with strong expertise in C#, ASP.Net, and PowerShell, along with deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services and modern authentication techniques. This is a hybrid role based in Montreal, with the expectation to work onsite from day one (minimum 3 days/week).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong C#, ASP.Net, and PowerShell development experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Modern Authentication, Graph API, and Azure AD Application
  • SharePoint permissions management (sites and group sites)
  • OneDrive: account, site, and permissions management
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Outlook across platforms (desktop, web, mobile)
  • Web development: JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS
  • Ability to develop system tools for infrastructure deployment and management (on-prem/cloud)
  • Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Agile SDLC practices
  • Strong SharePoint fundamentals: lists, libraries, permissions, content types, workflows
  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies: Ping Federate, SAML, Windows Kerberos
  • Office 365 development, deployment, and management (SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
  • Understanding of Exchange Online (profiles, features, mail flow)
  • Proficient in training and supporting end users for basic SharePoint operations
  • Ability to collaborate with business users to create and enhance SharePoint content (apps, forms, workflows)
  • SharePoint Online and On-prem troubleshooting (networking, Wireshark, MIP)
  • Issue tracking and escalation to Microsoft support when needed
  • Reorganizing and restructuring SharePoint content
  • Demonstrating features, researching and suggesting new SharePoint capabilities

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with SQL programming
  • Familiarity with Office 365 suite tools: PowerApps, Power Automate, Unified Groups, Teams
  • Knowledge of enterprise compliance features: eComms, Information Barriers, Data Classification, DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
