We are expanding our team and have immediate openings for part time/ full time line cooks (shawarma maker).

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience (shawarma making)
  • English is a requirement
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a food handlers certification

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Preparing food for service (e.g., preparing shawarmas, wrapping sandwiches, cutting meat, etc)
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
  • Stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, flat top range and refrigeration equipment

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Cooking: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
