Job Description We are seeking a SHE Business Partner to support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) strategies across LDC operations. Working closely with the Country Senior SHE Manager, Operational Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company standards. This role will support multiple sites and requires regular travel across LDC assets. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting proactive risk management and continuous improvement in SHE performance.
