Job Description Summary概述协助部门负责人完成SHE相关工作： 1、项目筹备、报建期SHE合规性的各项工作组织、实施； 2、项目建设期安全管理体系建立、监督落实及跟踪、汇报； 3、项目建设期与政府相关部门的沟通、协调； 4、建立并维护SHE管理体系； 5、确保项目运行的法律法规符合性及无重大安全、健康和环境事件的发生； 6、推动SHE各项指标的持续改善。 Key Duties and Tasks主要职责 1、根据国家安全相关的法律法规，及时进行内部沟通、差距分析和推动符合行动计划的建立和实施； 2、建设项目安全全流程管理：主导建设项目从立项、勘察设计、施工准备、施工实施到竣工验收全周期的安全管理工作，参与建设项目安全、环保、职业健康三同时工作，并提出专业安全意见，推动 “三同时”（同时设计、同时施工、同时投入生产和使用）落实到位。 3、安全培训与应急管理：制定建设项目安全培训计划，提升全员安全意识和操作技能。确保承包员工都经过培训并考核合格，并做好培训教育记录建立档案； 4、组织编制建设项目生产安全事故应急预案，开展应急演练（如火灾、坍塌、触电等场景），总结演练效果并优化应急预案，提升应急处置能力。协助做好事故调查、原因分析、责任认定及善后处理工作，按照规定上报事故信息。 5、负责现场危险源辨识，针对不同等级的危险源制定管控方法，并根据项目调整及时重新识别危险源，会同专业人员对进场设备对进行检查，确保符合要求、证件齐全； 6、参与高风险作业的审批、评价和督查，组织定期和不定期的现场安全大检查并跟进改进措施落实，跟进SHE事故的调查和报告； 7、协调组织举行SHE各项会议，并记录和推进会议跟进措施落实； 8、协组SHE经理拟订SHE规章制度和操作规程； 9、负责与政府监管机构、利益相关方沟通与协调SHE相关事务； 10、分享、推动行业内外适用的SHE最佳实践的实现； 11、负责SHE相关数据的收集、统计风险和报告等； 12、及时汇报工作进度和存在问题点，按时完成个人月报、年度工作总结及计划； 13、安全文化建设：主导建设项目安全文化体系构建，制定安全文化建设实施方案。建立健全安全文化考核与激励机制，鼓励员工主动参与安全管理，提出安全合理化建议，推动安全文化落地生根。 14、上级交办的其他事项。 Qualifications Education教育背景安全/环境/食品/机械/化学等工程类专业大专或以上学历 Experience工作经历 • 参与过至少1个5000万元人民币以上规模绿地建设项目SHE管理经验； • 油脂生产、饲料加工、化工、食品加工等行业至少3年相关工作经验。 Competency能力 1、良好学习能力； 2、熟悉 SHE相关法规及具备 ISO14001&45001等基本知识； 3、熟悉绿地项目相关合规性评价的相关法规要求和办理流程； 4、良好的组织和人际交往能力； 5、熟悉安全操作规程的编制、监督执行，了解工艺安全管理相关制度； 6、良好的电脑操作能力。 Languages Skills语言技能良好的英语读、写能力，具备基本听、说能力者优先 Additional Information 具有国家注册安全工程师资质（中级或以上）或同等国际认证资质优先 What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
