Job Description 岗位概述: 协助安全经理建立安全管理体系确保公司运营符合SHE相关法律法规及无重大安全、健康和环境事件的发生现场安全检查、监督、制定整改行动计划并跟踪反馈结果，推动SHE各项指标的持续改善主要职责: 根据国家安全相关的法律法规，及时进行内部沟通、差距分析和推动符合行动计划的建立和实施；负责现场危险源辨识，针对不同等级的危险源制定管控方法，并根据项目调整及时重新识别危险源，会同专业人员对进场设备对进行检查，确保符合要求、证件齐全；参与高风险作业的审批、评价和督查，组织定期和不定期的现场安全大检查并跟进改进措施落实，跟进SHE事故的调查和报告；协调组织举行SHE各项会议，并记录和推进会议跟进措施落实；协组SHE经理拟订EHS规章制度和操作规程；组织实施SHE培训，确保员工具备岗位所需的SHE知识和能力，确保承包员工都经过培训并考核合格，并做好培训教育记录建立档案；组织制定各类应急预案，并定期组织开展预案的演练；负责与政府监管机构、利益相关方沟通与协调SHE相关事务；分享、推动行业内外适用的SHE最佳实践的实现；负责SHE相关数据的收集、统计风险和报告等；及时汇报工作进度和存在问题点，按时完成个人月报、年度工作总结及计划；上级交办的其他事项。 Qualifications 技能知识良好学习能力；熟悉 SHE相关法规及具备 ISO14001、ISO45001、安全标准化等基本知识；良好的组织和人际交往能力；熟悉安全操作规程的编制、监督执行，了解工艺安全管理相关制度；良好的电脑操作能力。工作经历: 油脂生产、饲料加工、化工、食品加工等行业至少2年相关工作经验教育背景: 安全/环境/食品/机械/化学等工程类专业本科以上学历语言能力: 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力优先其他相关技能: 具有国家注册安全工程师资质或同等国际认证资质优先 Additional Information Additional Information for the job What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
