REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree preferred in a relevant discipline
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a construction or terminal SHE role
• Must have completed WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B); Level C preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor contractor SHE performance continuously during project execution.
• Review SHE-related documentation including safety plans, risk assessments, and certifications.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure strict compliance with permit conditions.
• Communicate SHE objectives clearly to all personnel and ensure they are upheld throughout the project.
• Identify and report unsafe acts, conditions, near-misses, and incidents.
• Assist the SHE Manager and team in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Enforce and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) system and ensure relevant PTW training is conducted.
• Track and report SHE statistics to key stakeholders regularly.
• Execute emergency response drills such as working-at-height, confined space rescue, and others.
• Conduct contractor audits as part of pre-qualification assessments.
