Location: Surčin, Serbia                          Team: SHE team   We are looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity and desire to join our Safety, Health and Environment team in Surčin, Belgrade, on the position of                                Safety, Health and Environment Expert (m/f)    A day in the life of Safety, Health and Environment Expert: Coordinates the development and implementation of SHE strategies and programs in the factory and distribution center. Ensures the fulfillment of SHE goals and communication about them. Ensures compliance with all legal requirements in the SHE area. Develops a local network with government bodies and other factories. Participates in the implementation and development of SHE management system requirements, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Supports the development of specific tools and initiatives through the SHE program. Trains and supports employees in achieving SHE goals and developing SHE awareness. Ensures the availability and timely updating of data regarding SHE performance. Promotes SHE awareness among employees, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders in the factory and distribution center. Engages in SHE risk prediction, incident analysis, and the implementation of corrective measures. Participates in the implementation of Nestlé corporate business principles and other SHE policies on site. Inspires and leads projects in the area of environmental protection and health at work. Checks the availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and manages the waste management system. Participates in audits and controls SHE procedures in the factory and distribution center.   What will make you successful? University degree or higher in safety studies. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG industry. Computer skills - advanced level. Knowledge of the English language - advanced level. Excellent organizational skills. Passed the exam in accordance with the Law on Safety and Health at Work   What we offer?
