SHE MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL DEMOLITION

£38,000–£40,000 (depending on experience)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Monday to Thursday – 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday – 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Occasional weekend work (rare)

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Site SHE Manager to oversee safety, health, and environmental compliance at our industrial demolition site in Middlesbrough (Mitsubishi site). The ideal candidate will be confident working independently on-site, advising on SHE matters, and ensuring the highest safety standards.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum)
• 4+ years’ experience in a SHE role within demolition or construction
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, risk assessments, incident investigation, and site audits
• Comfortable delivering site inductions and toolbox talks
• Active IOSH membership preferred
• Must have UK work authorisation
• Local candidates preferred, but accommodation can be arranged during the week if needed
