SHEQ Leadership: Provide expert advice and guidance on safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) matters, including action plans, audits, risk assessments, and policy implementation.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and deliver or coordinate effective SHE-related training for staff and management.
Data & Reporting: Analyse SHE data to identify trends, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement through targeted action plans.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, local authorities, trade unions, and internal teams.
Policy & Compliance: Support the development and consistent implementation of SHE policies, procedures, and legal compliance across projects and contracts.
