Role Purpose: To oversee the development and direct implementation of all aspects of SHEQ within the Company. This will include ensuring legal compliance with relevant SHE legislation and development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS). With a key focus on inspiring the team to achieve a zero harm environment and culture, this role will lead the development and continuous improvement of direct programs to maintain and improve health, safety, environmental and quality awareness of all employees whilst establishing and maintaining a robust audit regime.
