RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced SHEA Manager to work for our client based in Exeter Hill barton business park , Devon.
Duration: perm
Start Date: 19/06/2025
Pay Rate: £40000.00 - £50000.00 Per Year - paid weekly!
Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a SHEA leadership role in civil engineering or related fields.
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and ISO standards knowledge.
  • Familiarity with EA regulations and confined space safety.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage teams.

  • Implement and audit SHEA management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on safety and environmental issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure safe working practices.
  • Support ESG reporting and align policies with corporate standards.
  • Develop and deliver SHEA training programs.
  • Monitor and report on SHEQ performance metrics
