JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sheet Metal Worker to join our team in the commercial construction sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, ductwork installation, and metal fabrication for commercial buildings. A valid gas license is considered a strong asset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in commercial sheet metal work
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
  • Proficiency with fabrication tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Valid Gas License (G1 or G2) is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety

Responsibilities
  • Install, fabricate, and assemble sheet metal components for commercial HVAC systems and other applications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Measure, cut, and bend sheet metal using hand and power tools
  • Install ductwork, vents, and other sheet metal systems in accordance with building codes
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment on job sites
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure timely project completion
  • Perform quality checks and adjustments as required
