MiLo Group Ltd. is looking for a Sheet Metal Worker to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, field-based role.

As part of our Sheet Metal Team, you will:

• Interpret blueprints and follow industry codes (apprentices will receive guidance and training in this area).
• Perform commercial sheet metal installations and asset work.
• Fit, join, and assemble sheet metal components.
• Fabricate or alter parts on-site using shears, hammers, punches, or drills.
• Maneuver units into position and anchor for installation.
• Fasten seams or joints with welds, bolts, rivets, caulks, or metal drive cleats.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to on-site changes.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades.
• Follow all safety protocols, codes, and company policies.
• Journeyperson: plan for efficient use of apprentices and foresee material requirements.
• Journeyperson: lead and mentor apprentices when required; lead hand or foreman experience is an asset.
