Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Operates sheeter equipment. Ensure crackers are meeting quality standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Operate sheeter equipment.
  • Adjust feed rolls of the machine.
  • Perform quality checks.
  • Communicate any issues with supervisor and oven operators.
  • Update metric board.
  • Follow product specifications.
  • Follow sheeter profiles.
  • Troubleshoot any sheeter issues.
  • Conduct the mixing and loading of ingredients into seed hopper.
  • Handle Re-work dough.
  • Control dump time / Lay time.
  • Record downtime and sheeter scrap.
  • Follow SOP’s including required paperwork and ERP requirements.
  • Ensure work area is clean prior to the start of the following shift.
  • Complete changeovers, including full washdown of equipment.
  • Operate power walkie (once licensed) to move dough bins.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
  • Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
  • Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
