Diploma in Printing Technology Operate Sheetfed Machines to Professional Standards Set up and run Komori, Heidelberg-XL , and Mitsubishi sheetfed presses with precision.Especially  strong Knowledge in  UV Printing and Flood coating Configure feeder systems, plate alignment, and job parameters according to production specs and client requirements. Ensure readiness for high-volume and specialty print jobs. Maintain Print Consistency Throughout the Run Monitor ink density, registration, and paper feed accuracy across the entire batch. Adjust machine settings proactively to prevent color shifts, misalignment, or print defects. Ensure uniformity from first sheet to last.Perform Scheduled Maintenance as per Guidelines Carry out periodic maintenance tasks including roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical components. Document all maintenance activities and escalate any abnormalities to the technical team. Control Ink-Water Balance During Production Maintain optimal ink-water balance throughout the print run to prevent issues like scumming, toning, or emulsification. Fine-tune dampening systems and ink flow to ensure sharp, clean prints with consistent color fidelity
