Job Responsibilities ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for ambitious and resilient students to join our internship program! This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong analytical and communication skills, a curious mind, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced, global e-commerce environment. As an intern, you will be part of a multicultural team, supporting SHEIN’s business across a variety of departments—including Hunting Teams, Account Management, Customer Service, Marketing, and FTIC – Warehouse/Logistics. This internship will provide hands-on experience in a range of business operations, working closely with industry professionals, and contributing to innovative projects designed to shape the future of online retail. Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Advanced or fluent in English. Currently enrolled as a university-level student (able to commit to a 1–2 year internship, 6 hours per day). Demonstrates excellent analytical and communication skills. Involved in extracurricular activities (such as junior enterprise, academic research, student organizations, etc.). Previous professional, part-time, or internship experience is a plus. Exchange or student abroad experience is highly valued. Resilient and eager to learn in a fast-moving global environment. Able to work collaboratively within multicultural teams. Open to rotation across different business departments according to company needs.
