Description GENERAL SCOPE: Channel pride, passion, and a competitive spirit to establish Olympic Eagle as the market leader. This role prioritizes creating and executing shelf resets across licensed retail accounts in the assigned territory, ensuring planogram compliance, accurate pricing and signage, and compelling in-store presentation. Secondary responsibilities include providing relief sales coverage to support the field team and maximizing exposure for Olympic Eagle’s portfolio, as well as basic draught-system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has beverage-industry experience, strong merchandising skills, and a willingness to learn basic maintenance tasks. Full-time position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Communicates daily with Sales Support Manager Maintains Olympic Eagle standards for quality and service Keeps product properly rotated in all accounts Trained, proficient and qualified with AB’s Space Planning Plus program and other Planogram Management Tools Draws and execute shelf resets using the tools previously mentioned on a daily/weekly basis. Provides coverage on assigned sales routes during the primary representative’s absence (vacation, illness, etc.) when necessary Builds displays and install permanent/temporary POCM (neon signs, banners, table tents, etc.) Trouble shoots draught-system issues when necessary Strives to achieve all company sales and distribution objectives Reports on all competitive activity in the marketplace to Sales Support Manager Attends regularly scheduled sales meetings Obeys the laws and regulations of the State of Washington as well as Federal regulations pertaining to the sales and promotion of alcoholic beverages The above statements are intended to be a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally bend. Specific vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employees will also receive 8 paid holidays and up to 40 hours of vacation after the first year of employment. This will increase to 80 hours at 2 years. We follow the Washington State Sick Leave for sick time accruals.
