Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Assistant Manager - Shell Service Station to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a motivated leader with strong administration and time management skills and experience in a similar role to joining our Shell Service Stations team. This role will see you supporting the Service Station Manager in the daily operations including but not limited to staff rostering and training, purchasing and stock management, cash and sales reconciliations.
Responsibilities
Assist with staff management including rostering, performance counselling, coaching and training and performance reviews
Regular communication with nominated Fuel supplier regarding fuel levels and pricing e.g., DIPS
Maintenance of product files in Worldsmart software including price management and product levels
