Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Shellfish/Mixing/Pate Operative in the Added Value area, you will be part of a dedicated and inclusive team committed to producing premium shellfish products through a focus on quality and innovation. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for mixing, cooking, cooling, and preparing renowned shellfish offerings, with full training and ongoing support provided to help you excel. The position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, opportunities for career growth, and the chance to contribute to the production of high-quality, sustainable seafood.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and Monitor Machinery: Efficiently run equipment for cooking, cooling, and mixing processes, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Prepare Product Mixes: Accurately measure and combine ingredients according to specified recipes, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Keep work areas and equipment clean, following “clean as you go” practices to ensure food safety and compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Complete Documentation: Accurately fill out production records, quality checks, and other necessary paperwork to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively within a team, accepting supervision and assistance as needed to meet production targets.
