Description

We’re on the lookout for an SHEQ Advisor to lead all things SHEQ at our busy Corby site! This is a full-time permanent site-based role working at our Hunter’s Point site. In return you’ll be offered a competitive salary, along with a structured development plan that includes training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career growth within our organisation.
This isn’t just a tick-the-box role — we want someone who lives and breathes safety. You’ll be our on-site safety ambassador, driving a safety-first culture while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table. You’ll think outside the box to solve problems, implement smart solutions, and make sure everyone’s not just aware — but learning and improving every step of the way.
You’ll help shape how we work — now and into the future. In this key role, you’ll lead the development and rollout of policies, procedures, management systems, and risk controls that not only reduce risk, but also strengthen and embed a positive SHEQ culture across the site.
If you’re passionate about keeping people safe, love the challenge of continuous improvement, and want to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment — we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR SHEQ ADVISOR:

  • You’re either NEBOSH Diploma qualified or well on your way — safety is second nature to you
  • You’ve got auditing experience and a solid grip on ISO standards
  • You’ve spent at least two years in a SHEQ role — enough to know the ropes and spot risks before they become problem
  • You’re a top-notch communicator — confident talking to everyone from forklift drivers to senior level management
  • Got experience in a supply chain or logistics environment? That’s a big plus!
