  • Experience in Mining, Construction, Transport or Heavy Lifting highly preferable
  • Minimum Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety
  • Current Valid Australian Driver’s License
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
  • Willingness to work across our Port Hedland and Client Shutdowns as required

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are actively seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor with FIFO experience, ready to embark on an exciting career journey with Mammoet in a full-time capacity. This role is based around our mining service agreement we have with clients such as FMG, RIO, ROY HILL & BHP on multiple sites across the Pilbara. On offer is a 2:2 structure providing the ultimate 50/50 work-life balance! This positions is FIFO from Perth only.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Maintaining industry-leading SHE-Q standards in our facilities and work locations.
  • Liaising effectively with a range of different people and role types across various scopes of work
  • Ensuring all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements
  • Assessing the safety of jobsite and workplace activities
  • Conducting and overseeing safety inspections and training
  • Coaching and promoting our strong SHEQ culture
