ABOUT THE ROLE

This opportunity has arisen from our ongoing success and growth in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for a SHEQ Advisor.
As part of the SHEQ Team, you will be responsible for promoting a positive Health and Safety culture and supporting the SHEQ Manager and wider business in line with Powersystems’ strategy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and review ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 Management Systems.
• Conduct company-wide audits and inspections to identify risks.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, conduct root cause analysis.
• Deliver lessons learnt communications and SHEQ briefings.
• Advise on statutory compliance and company SHEQ procedures.
• Support tender and PQQ submissions with SHEQ documentation.
• Manage approved supplier and contractor processes.
• Attend and contribute to project kick-off and SHEQ meetings.
• Uphold a professional image, contribute to Powersystems success.
• Promote the Companys 5 core Principles: Health, Safety and Well-being, Professionalism, Pride, Partnership and Proactive.
