Job Description Job Description Our Social Infrastructure pillar operate in the refurbishment and regeneration of thousands of properties in the Nationally; we are currently looking for a SHEQ Advisor to provide invaluable health and safety support and advice to teams undertaking cyclical internal / external refurbishment works across our projects in North / Greater London. Your role as SHEQ Advisor will involve: Undertaking periodic risk assessments reviews and implementing more robust procedures when necessary. Providing specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues / subcontractors Ensuring contracts are compliant and that positive behaviours are embedded in the day to day works of our operational teams. Investigating incident and accidents and providing formal reports and root cause analysis. Qualifications This is primarily a site-based role which will require a SHEQ professional with previously construction / property services experience, in addition to a full UK driving license and vehicle for work purposes. You will also possess the following: - NEBOSH Construction Certificate - Environmental Management & NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety (desirable).
