This role will influence and challenge the existing procedural models to offer assurance and continuous improvements in relation to systems and data for SHEQ process under the remit.
As an integral member of the SHEQ team, the Data and Systems Coordinator will collaborate closely with experts and specialists to provide essential data analysis, systems support, and technical expertise. Additionally, they will ensure the efficient and user-friendly operation of the SHEQ SharePoint, websites, and systems through diligent administrative tasks. Furthermore, they will actively support SHEQ in managing and controlling documentation and reports. The individual will play a crucial role in streamlining document creation, training preparation, and audits, while also contributing to the ongoing management of accreditations and document control.
The SHEQ Data and Systems Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the SHEQ Team’s efforts to create a positive user experience for all safety systems and data owned by SHEQ. They will be instrumental in establishing efficient systems and managing data and processes effectively.
The coordinator will actively contribute to the implementation of the health and safety data operating model, working collaboratively with colleagues from SHEQ and other departments to ensure a seamless and well-managed process.
In support of this objective, the coordinator will make significant contributions to process reviews and system developments involving key data. They will also champion good data management practices within meetings, forums, and networks beyond the Metroline SHEQ Team. Furthermore, they will facilitate the use of all relevant systems, ensuring ease of use and positive support experiences.
In addition, the coordinator will undertake administrative tasks to support the efficiency of SHEQ reporting and document management. They will also play a key role in maintaining and managing accreditations, audit planning and oversight and diary management.

Responsibilities
  • To create a positive user experience for all safety systems and data owned by SHEQ Advise and assist all staff on matters relating to SHEQ within their work remit.
  • To create a positive user experience for all safety systems and data owned by SHEQ and their relevant team specialism
  • To be instrumental in establishing efficient systems and managing data and processes effectively
  • To actively contribute to the implementation of the health and safety data operating model
  • To make significant contributions to process reviews and system developments involving key data to ensure seamless and effective processes.
  • To champion good data management practices within meetings, forums, and networks beyond the Metroline SHEQ Team.
  • To facilitate the use of all relevant systems, ensuring ease of use and positive support experiences.
  • To undertake administrative tasks to support the efficiency of SHEQ reporting and document management.
  • Assist in the creation of reports to senior management teams on safety performance against KPIs and improvement planning as required.
  • Support the administration for the development and delivery of the Safety Training and coaching.
  • Support the maintenance and audit of accreditations supported or managed by SHEQ · To support the governance model and committees by undertaking minute taking and secretariat duties as required.
  • To support in diary management and oversight as needed.
