Are you a strategic HSQE professional looking to shape, drive, and embed high standards across multiple sites? A long-established industrial group with sites in Hereford is on the lookout for a Group HSQE Manager to take the lead on all things Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact across three operational sites, reporting directly to the MD, and working closely with senior leadership.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the group’s health & safety systems (SSOW, RAs, audits, training)
• Managing and developing ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 frameworks
• Driving environmental initiatives and compliance
• Handling quality systems, audits, and customer complaints
• Creating a proactive culture around safety and continuous improvement
• Influencing at all levels from shopfloor to boardroom
