REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years in a SHEQ role within UK construction
• Proven track record as a sole SHEQ practitioner in a SME environment
• Familiarity with groundworks challenges
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and lead SHEQ initiatives without direct supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of RAMS, LOLER, PUWER, and CDM 2015.
• Excellent communication skills to engage site teams, subcontractors, and senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SHEQ management software.
• NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety.
• CSCS Card (Manager level), First Aid ant Work and SMSTS certification.
• Membership in IOSH (GradIOSH or CMIOSH preferred).
