WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our SHEQ Manager you’ll be a highly organised, efficient multitasking and flexible individual. You’ll have proven team management experience who is keen to be part of a vibrant team.
You’ll be responsible for leading the SHEQ performance and managing a team supporting our Thames Water Capital Delivery and Mains Refurbishment Contracts. You’ll be based across South London and Thames Valley.
As our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Manager, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll work closely with senior management and operational teams, ensuring a strategic and proactive approach to managing SHEQ performance while striving for continual improvement.
You’ll support and build ongoing client relationships, facilitate internal and external meetings, prepare and present SHEQ performance, reporting to parent company and clients requirements.
As you’d expect with this role you will act as a role model providing advice, guidance and governance. Proactively lead and develop the SHEQ team, whilst collaborating with Central SHEQ, to support operations, lead incident investigations, identify solutions and maintain mandatory standards.
This role is a full time area based role.
