Description

HOW YOU CAN MAKE YOUR MARK

As SHEQ Manager, you are the internal ambassador and facilitator for NINA and WoW (Boskalis’ safety and project management framework), acting as a sparring partner to the business and providing both solicited and unsolicited advice in the areas of safety, health, environment and quality. You will be responsible for supporting this process, whilst never losing sight of the interests of the business unit Marine Services
As changes in behaviour tend not to happen overnight, you need a great deal of creativity, empathy, and perseverance to get everyone on board and keep them there. Your focus will not solely be on projects that need improvements to be implemented. There are also opportunities at business unit level and divisional regarding optimization, integration and the embedding of policy and processes.
Marine Services is a Busines Unit (BU) within the Boskalis Offshore division which operates world-wide and has a diverse clientele base. Boskalis owns and operates a large and versatile fleet consisting of construction support vessels, anchor handling tugs, oceangoing tugs and semi-submersible barges. With our experienced team, we are able to deliver multidisciplinary services worldwide to accommodate client requirements: from chartering services to fully integrated solutions for the Transport & Installation (T&I) – and the disconnection – of floating production systems.
Within the BU, there is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on SHEQ manager with a long-term outlook related to SHEQ.
