We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven SHEQ & Sustainability Manager who can lead our commitment to safety, quality, environmental stewardship, and sustainability. You’ll be an expert in developing and implementing policies, processes, and initiatives that not only ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards but also support our mission to make pallet pooling safer, greener, and more efficient.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative SHEQ & Sustainability Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with all LPR functions to drive operational efficiency, manage risks, lead sustainability initiatives, and ensure the satisfaction of stakeholders, all while aligning with Europe LPR guidelines and processes.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll create a high-performing team culture, oversee SHEQ and sustainability compliance, manage quality systems, and champion safety, environmental responsibility, and customer satisfaction.
