OVERVIEW

We are seeking motivated individuals with prior leadership experience to join our Supervisor in Training Program. This is an intensive 4–6 week development track designed to prepare you to lead one of our locations with confidence, competence, and alignment to our Core Values.
As a Supervisor in Training, you’ll work closely with our management team to gain hands-on experience in operations, sales, maintenance, and leadership. The goal is to develop your skills quickly and effectively so you can step into a leadership role within our company.

EXPERIENCE

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required (retail, hospitality, service industry, or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings/weekends if needed
