You’ll also play an important role in helping us deliver a resilient water future for the South-East. Southern Water are looking for a Shift Controller in waiting to assist with the running and upkeep of Burham Water Supply Works. You will earn a salary from £28,200 per annum depending on skills and experience. This role is a great opportunity for someone new to the water industry, working 9-5 Monday to Friday you’ll have the opportunity to learn the operation of the Water Supply Works applying your knowledge of compliance and health and safety to ensure that the site is compliant with water quality standards. You will be well-prepared and positioned to step into the Shift Controller role as soon as an opportunity becomes available. Due to the location being a fair distance from any public transport, ownership of a driver’s licence is crucial for the role.
