About the Company We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shift Coordinator to oversee our production lines during assigned shifts. In this critical role, you will work to optimize production efficiency, ensure product quality and safety, and support the well-being and performance of our people on the shop floor. About the Role Organize and coordinate the daily work schedule, based on the production plan, in collaboration with your Supervisor. Responsibilities Supervise production operations during your assigned shift, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor compliance with health & safety standards and ensure high-quality output. Ensure that all team members have the proper tools, uniforms, and personal protective equipment. Identify training needs and support the onboarding and development of new employees. Monitor the operation of production lines and report technical issues to the Supervisor and Maintenance team. Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate any deviations or production issues. Qualifications A University degree in Chemical Engineering. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset. Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) – essential. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Required Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven and able to work independently.
