• You will monitor and coordinate production processes during your shift (one week night shift, one week early shift, one week late shift).
• You will ensure that planned production steps are implemented on schedule.
• You will actively support the shift team with changeovers and other technical tasks to ensure a smooth production flow in the three-shift operation.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for your shift team, especially in case of disruptions or quality issues.
• You will assist the production management team with additional tasks
