How you will make contributions that matter Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking an experienced Shift Coordinator to lead operations at our Burnie site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading dairy manufacturers and play a key role in delivering quality products that make a difference. Lead and supervise factory operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and environmental performance targets. Manage a team within the soft-ripened cheese section, ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce downtime, and support autonomous maintenance. Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and environmental standards. Use SAP and other systems for accurate reporting and inventory management. About you Proven leadership experience in manufacturing (dairy or FMCG preferred). Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and influence. Safety and quality-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Computer literacy and familiarity with SAP. Ability to work a 4x4 shift pattern (four days/four nights, 12-hour shifts).
