Description

Core Responsibilities: Assist the Head shift Engineer in maintaining all machinery, equipment and fabric of the Factories and Offices.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned maintenance as per the schedule to be developed on the Shire system
Provide engineering shift cover.
Assist the Engineering Manager as required.
Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with our Quality systems and the Health and Safety rules.
Work with the Production Supervisors to ensure the machines are run in an efficient manner.
Work with the Head shift Engineer to develop a stategy to reduce Engineering downtime by 3-5%
