Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Pay: £21.50 per hour
Location: King George Hospital, Barley Lane, Ilford , Greater London, England, IG3 8YB
We are looking for an experienced Shift Engineer to work a part of a shift team at a NHS Hospital site. The role is 4 on - 4 off days and you will be required to be part of an on-call rota on your shift days.
Work will include day to day maintenance and ppm works, small installation jobs and reactive repairs. There is plenty of overtime available for the right candidate.
You must have a good understanding of health and safety, understand and be able to work to current regulations, and ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
You must be IT literate for record keeping, have good customer service skills, be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description, a full, current, driving licence would be a benefit,
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in the maintenace or installation industry, and be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 17th or 18th edition
