Description

In this position, you will: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure flawless operation. Monitor and analyze equipment performance to determine areas for improvement. Successfully implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize processes. Strictly adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Train and support entry-level engineers and technicians to improve team capability. An Associate's Degree in Electronics, a Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Flexibility to work day/night shifts every three months. A passion for learning and a dedication to continuous improvement.
