Job Description Any problems relating to job setting for Vial Machine RoHC,G3 and Ampoule machine Viamac shall be handled by him. Reviews and approves the implementation of manufacturing and organizational plans that support the Operations Master Plan. Shift produced quantity should be packed ready for release to be delivered to ware house after every shift . Shift log documentation, correctly written & timely submission to quality dept. Adherance to production planning and Creat log of spare required in production Dept. Responsible to keep scrap rate under control. Report to Production Manager related to Over all production related activity going on relative shift. Reviews operations of proceeding shift, including status of jobs and equipment, production schedules, job change requirements and availability of Manpower in shift. Checks for proper machine operation, lehrs,printers, and miscellaneous operations Coordinates daily assignments of Operator’s, Hot End Specialist’s. On evening shifts coordinates and directs maintenance and quality control. Coordinates the training of new employees on all machines and processes with the Technical Supervisor. Adheres to all quality objectives and ensures quality standards are met. Maintains production records utilizing SAP for production monitoring and verifies accuracy. Maintains time and attendance system functions for employee’s working on their designated shift including the tracking of employee attendance points Supports GMS initiative through team participation Qualifications B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Additional Information Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are also welcome) Location: Kosamba Industry: Tubular Glass Industry
