You will be responsible for overseeing tester productivity, yield, and false call rate monitoring, while ensuring on-time resolution of KPI gaps. Supporting tester maintenance, fine-tuning, changeovers, and NPI/mass production validation, you will work with RF testers and test instruments, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and collaborating with local and global teams to address troubleshooting and installation issues.
