REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of facility experience (data center or commercial environment)
• NOC background with hands-on experience in ticketing systems (incident and monitoring)
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a proactive attitude

• Monitor and manage facility systems to ensure smooth operations
• Handle incident and monitoring tickets via the ticketing system
• Respond to and report incidents during shift operations
• Work closely with the SGFM lead for operational and incident-related matters
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
