Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Responsible for Software and Hardware support in the plant * Assist engineers in maintaining system uptime & timely resolution & escalation of problems and issues * Provide support to end users in maintaining IT developed system and corporate system Education & Experience * A degree in Computer Studies or Computer support related field or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience e.g. computer hardware and software support, telecommunication, email etc. Use ticketing system to track the work and comply to SLA and first response status Skills * Familiar with Microsoft MS Office and OS cloning / SCCM deployment * Familiar with Windows AD account management and provisioning * Familiar with Dell/Lenovo computers and laptop troubleshooting * Zebra/Intermec Barcode printer and HP LaserJet printer maintenance * Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving * Possess networking troubleshooting skillset * Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
