JOB OVERVIEW

Farmers Co-op Oil Company is seeking a SHIFT LEAD, which are key member of the store’s management team who will help oversee the daily operations of the store. They work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth functioning of the store, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and providing excellent customer service.
To be successful on the job, the convenience store SHIFT LEAD needs to have ENTHUSIASM, A FRIENDLY SMILE and the following skills and other qualities, which employers also normally require from applicants seeking the position:

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food industry
  • Strong background in staff training and development
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
  • Knowledge of casual dining operations and food management practices
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
  • Passion for coffee and related products
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
