Description Restaurant Shift Lead We are seeking a motivated and organized Restaurant Shift Lead to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service - Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and motivation to maintain high performance standards - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations - Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction - Assist with training new staff and ongoing development of team members - Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and flow of service to optimize guest experience - Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management - Enforce company policies and procedures consistently Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in restaurant, preferably in a supervisory role - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus We are looking for a closing shift lead. We are open Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm (9pm in summer), closed on Sundays.
