Base Facilities Stavanger area are looking to strengthen our team and is therefore seeking positive and skilled colleagues to join our facilities in the region.

Working hours will be normal shift. Work at other bases must be expected.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking candidates who have the experience and knowledge from bulk handling including tank systems, general mechanical skills are desirable and experience from warehousing will be an advantage. The candidates we are looking for have experience working in an industrial environment and are holding relevant certificate of apprenticeship and driver’s license (class B) and forklift certificate (T1-T4). Knowledge of SAP, general PC skills - as well as Basic English knowledge both written and oral is preferable.

The position requires that you naturally follow the company’s health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures. In the role of Shift Lead, it is crucial that you are precise, as mistakes can have significant consequences. The candidates we are looking for must be structured and able to handle a complex and fast-paced work environment, often with high workloads. Candidates must be goal-oriented and able to see the bigger picture of the entire
operation. You must be in good physical condition, as the position can be physically demanding at times.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OPERATIONAL FOLLOW-UP AT THE FACILITY
Loading/unloading bulk materials on ships Mixing and centrifuging drilling fluids Communicating needs to the supervisor (personnel, equipment, improvements, etc.)
TASKS AS DEPUTY FOR THE SUPERVISOR, INCLUDING:
Responsibility for maintenance routines at the facility and vehicles (car – forklift) Special responsibility regarding training and follow-up of new personnel, including temporary workers Reporting to the manager regarding personnel, deviations, cost issues, system errors, or assistance with customer contact Planning and execution of blends, including production orders Following up on processes in SAP
