LV Petroleum and Charleys Cheesesteaks is looking for a motivated and dependable Shift Lead to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support our growing team. In this role, you will help drive excellent customer service, maintain food quality standards, and ensure smooth shift execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations Delegate tasks and maintain a positive, productive team environment Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Ensure food quality, speed of service, and presentation meet Charleys standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift accountability Support inventory management, stocking, and operational efficiency Train and coach team members on company standards and procedures Communicate daily goals, promotions, and operational updates to the team Support management in achieving sales, labor, and operational goals Report operational or employee concerns to management promptly Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed Competitive weekly pay Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Health, dental, and vision benefits available for eligible team members Paid time off for eligible employees
