Throughout yourshift, you'll coach team members, assist guests, and handle any challenges that arise, ensuringoperations run smoothly. Using your leadership skills, you'll monitor financial objectives, track laborcosts, and encourage upselling to maximize revenue. Before wrapping up, you'll review teamperformance and report any needs or concerns to the management team. The Schedule Flexibility is key.
