Throughout your shift, you'll coach team members, assist guests, and handle any challenges that arise, ensuring operations run smoothly. Using your leadership skills, you'll monitor financial objectives, track labor costs, and encourage upselling to maximize revenue. Before wrapping up, you'll review team performance and report any needs or concerns to the management team. The Schedule Flexibility is key. As a Shift Lead, you'll work a mix of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
