Description Key Responsibilities: Lead and support team members during assigned shifts Deliver and model outstanding customer service and resolve basic customer concerns Operate and oversee cash registers, including cash handling, reconciliation, and shift reports Promote and encourage customer enrollment in the Gas N Wash rewards/loyalty program Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout assigned shift Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards Assist with opening and closing duties Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support Communicate important updates to management and team members Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 2+ year of retail, convenience store, or customer service experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for entire shift Ability to frequently lift between 5 to 20 pounds Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting and overhead reaching Ability to work in intermittent temperature, e.g., outside by the pumps and in the cooler
