The Opportunity Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing people, and are looking for a clear pathway into higher-level operational leadership. Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well rounded leadership, business, and operational skills. What You'll Do Lead Operations * Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards * Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion * Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through * Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness Coach and Develop Teams * Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards * Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members * Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability Uphold Safety & Brand Standards * Model company values and enforce policies and procedures * Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately * Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards Rotational Leadership Focus Areas  - To support leadership development, Shift Managers rotate through the following focus areas:   People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance Sales & Training Leadership -- Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps Operations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization   What We're Looking For * At least 18 years of age * High school diploma or GED * Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience * Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred * Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results * High integrity and professionalism * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable * Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions * Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style Why Join Us * Clear career path into higher levels of operations leadership * Hands-on leadership experience with real decision-making authority * Supportive leadership team and structured development opportunities * Stable, growing company with a people-first culture Physical Activity * Prolonged periods of standing and walking * Manual tasks and operating equipment * Stamina and endurance throughout the shift.
