The Opportunity Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well rounded leadership, business, and operational skills. What You'll Do Lead Operations * Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards * Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion * Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through * Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness Coach and Develop Teams * Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards * Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members * Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability Uphold Safety & Brand Standards * Model company values and enforce policies and procedures * Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately * Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards Rotational Leadership Focus Areas - To support leadership development, Shift Managers rotate through the following focus areas: People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance Sales & Training Leadership -- Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps Operations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization What We're Looking For * At least 18 years of age * High school diploma or GED * Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience * Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred * Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results * High integrity and professionalism * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable * Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions * Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style Why Join Us * Clear career path into higher levels of operations leadership * Hands-on leadership experience with real decision-making authority * Supportive leadership team and structured development opportunities * Stable, growing company with a people-first culture Physical Activity * Prolonged periods of standing and walking * Manual tasks and operating equipment * Stamina and endurance throughout the shift.
